Privacy notice

1. Who this is about

Red Sentra operates redsentra.tech. Questions about this notice, or about anything you have sent us, go to support@redsentra.tech.

2. The website itself

The site is static: every page is a file, generated ahead of time and served as it is. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from a font service, so visiting a page contacts no origin other than ours.

The one exception is the contact page, which loads Cloudflare Turnstile — see section 4.

3. Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes the network requests needed to deliver a page, including the requesting IP address, and does so as our infrastructure provider. We do not operate an analytics product over those logs and we do not build profiles from them.

4. Getting in touch

What is collected

The contact form asks for a name, an email address, an optional company, an optional indication of what stage the project is at, and your message. Nothing else is collected, and no field is inferred.

What happens to it

A submission is validated, checked for abuse, and forwarded to us as email. It is not written to a database. There is no message store: the content exists for the duration of the request and then only inside that email, which is then ordinary correspondence in our mailbox.

Abuse prevention keeps short-lived counters keyed on the requesting IP address and its containing network block, so that one source cannot flood the form. Those counters hold no message content and expire within the hour. Nothing about your browser or device is recorded, and no fingerprinting of any kind is performed.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a browser rather than a script. It is a privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA: it sets no advertising identifier and is not used to track you across sites. It requires JavaScript, so a submission made without JavaScript is accepted without it, under stricter rate limits.

Email delivery

Delivery uses a transactional email provider, which processes the message in order to send it. Your email address is used to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not add anyone to a mailing list, and there is no mailing list.

How long it is kept

As long as the correspondence is useful, and no longer. Ask us to delete it and we will, including the original email.

5. What we do not do

• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking scripts, no cookies.
• No profiling, no scoring, no automated decision-making about you.
• No selling or sharing of anything you send, in any form.
• No newsletter, no marketing sequence, no re-contact after a conversation ends.

6. Asking us about your data

Write to support@redsentra.tech and ask. We will tell you what correspondence we hold, send you a copy, correct it, or delete it.

This notice describes what the site does. It does not claim certification under, or audited compliance with, any particular framework — we make no such claim anywhere.
